My practice began on May 31, 1979 in San Luis Obispo.

I have been fortunate to argue cases as far south as San Diego County and as far north as Lake County, and as far east as Riverside County. I have argued cases at every level of state and federal jurisdiction except the United States Supreme Court. I have extensive criminal trial and appellate experience ranging from the least serious infractions to the most serious felonies. I also have significant and varied civil trial and appellate experience ranging from toxic litigation to real estate to legal malpractice to general tort litigation.

I am a Life Member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I have sat as a Judge Pro Tem in the Municipal Court of San Luis Obispo County.
